What are you going to do?
As a Customer Service Employee, you are responsible for the entire process of order processing. You maintain contact with customers, give them advice and help to offer the best solutions for their transport needs. Every day, you coordinate loading and unloading times with the planning. You work together with enthusiastic, young colleagues who all focus on direct customer contact, service and quality. Together with your colleagues, you actively contribute to the professionalization of the internal service.

Requirements
- You are available 40 hours per week; other forms are negotiable;
- You work from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM;
- You have at least completed a secondary vocational education (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level;
- You have 1 to 7 years of demonstrable work experience in customer service or sales support in an international environment;
- You have an affinity with the logistics and transport sector;
- You have good geographical knowledge;
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and/or German, both spoken and written.
What we offer
- The salary for this position is between €2800 and €3500 per month;
- There are opportunities for training and many opportunities for growth;
- You will receive a contract directly with the client for 7 months with the prospect of a permanent contract;
- Travel expenses are €0.32 cents per km;
