Requirements

  • Business-level command of both English and Italian, spoken and written;
  • Experience with B2B customer service (internal/external);
  • Good technical affinity, eager to learn and a quick learner;
  • Able to work independently and be a team player;
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to help out where necessary;
  • Initiative and able to work at a fast pace;
  • Ability to ask the right questions and come up with solutions in a timely manner.
