Requirements
- Business-level command of both English and Italian, spoken and written;
- Experience with B2B customer service (internal/external);
- Good technical affinity, eager to learn and a quick learner;
- Able to work independently and be a team player;
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Flexible attitude and willingness to help out where necessary;
- Initiative and able to work at a fast pace;
- Ability to ask the right questions and come up with solutions in a timely manner.
