Control Tower Agent in Schiphol-Rijk
What are you going to do?
The Control Tower Agent (CTA) ensures the smooth running of the processes entrusted to the company by customers. These processes can be performed in-house or by third parties. Core processes include the management of master data, forecasts, pre-alerts, purchase orders, sales orders, distribution, returns, after-sales and invoicing. The activities within the Control Tower take place at different levels.
Operational
- Monitor and intervene in processes on a daily basis where necessary
- Solving unexpected problems
- Answering customer questions
Tactical
- Participate in customer-initiated meetings and projects regarding improvement processes
- Continuous analysis of existing processes
- Initiating internal and external improvement processes with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership

Requirements
- You are an MBO graduate with 3 to 5 years of work experience or an HBO graduate looking for your first job.
- You have sound knowledge of and about supply chains
- You have extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with, analyzing and advising on data, trends, improvements
- You are analytically strong and you can translate your analyses to different levels to advise on improvement processes
- You speak and write good Dutch and English
- You are proficient in various Microsoft programs. At least Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- An education with a strong process management and/or data analytical component is an advantage.
What we offer
- You will receive a salary of €2,700 to €3,500 for 40 hours per week, depending on your experience.
- Travel expenses allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- We offer you a full-time temporary employment contract with the prospect of a permanent contract with our client.
- Regular work is carried out from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
