What are you going to do?
As a Control Tower Agent, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of processes entrusted to you by customers, both in-house and by third parties. Key processes include master data management, forecasts, pre-alerts, purchase orders, sales orders, distribution, returns, aftersales and invoicing.
In this role you will be involved on a daily basis with:
- Monitoring the processes and intervening if necessary;
- Solving unexpected problems;
- Answering customer questions;
- Participate in customer-initiated meetings and projects aimed at improving processes;
- Continuously analyze existing processes and take initiatives for internal and external improvement processes, with the Total Cost of Ownership as an important focus.
Other companies use different terms to describe a similar position, such as Supply Chain Associate, Process Engineer, Process Specialist, or Supply Chain Officer.

Requirements
- You are an MBO graduate with 3 to 5 years of work experience or an HBO graduate looking for your first job.
- You have sound knowledge of and about supply chains
- You have extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with, analyzing and advising on data, trends, improvements
- You are analytically strong and you can translate your analyses to different levels to advise on improvement processes
- You speak and write good Dutch and English
- You are proficient in various Microsoft programs. At least Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- An education with a strong process management and/or data analytical component is an advantage.
What we offer
- You will receive a salary of €2,800 to €2,950 for 40 hours per week, depending on your experience.
- Travel expenses allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
- We offer you a full-time temporary employment contract with the prospect of a permanent contract with our client.
- Regular work is carried out from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
