CAD Engineer in Bleiswijk
What are you going to do?
As a CAD Engineer you play a crucial role in producing assembly drawings for valve automation and control systems for Central Europe. This position also requires the occasional creation of pneumatic and wiring diagrams. As a CAD Engineer you also maintain and manage drawing libraries in SharePoint, and ensure that all drawings meet the standards and requirements of both our customer and its clients. Within this role you will be part of the technical support team and work together with colleagues in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Finland. Furthermore, the position includes liaison with suppliers and customers for obtaining and producing drawings in 2D/3D format and the maintenance of supplier documentation registers.

They have a distribution center in Bleiswijk where the work will also take place. The company is easily accessible by public transport and by car from The Hague, Zoetermeer, Rotterdam, Waddinxveen and Gouda.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of valves and automation and a willingness to learn all the ins and outs.
- Excellent drawing skills in AutoCAD 2D/3D (knowledge of Inventor and Fusion is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent through experience.
- Excellent planning skills, highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Contribution to process improvements within the company.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch is an advantage.
