What are you going to do?

A leading company in the technical sector is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. For this role, it is essential that you are fluent in one of the following languages ​​in addition to English: French, German, Spanish or Polish. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing technical evaluations of conveyor systems through detailed calculations, analyses and design reviews of conveyor belts
  • Making industry-specific product recommendations
  • Remote troubleshooting
  • Participation in the development and maintenance of tools and documentation
  • Collaborate and align with Application Engineers, Account Managers and others to ensure service offerings and recommendations are aligned – one voice

At the moment the client is located in Hoofddorp, they have very recently moved to a new warehouse. If you come from Amsterdam, Haarlem, Uithoorn or Leiden, the company is certainly easily accessible by both car and public transport.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in mechanical engineering, manufacturing or industrial engineering
  • Professional level of French with advanced communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks) and Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in material handling, transportation systems or technical customer support (both remote and on-site) is highly desirable
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Service-oriented attitude; self-directed with a sense of ownership

What we offer

  • A contract directly with the client;
  • A starting salary between €3,500 and €4,200 per month;
  • 25 paid vacation days per year;
  • 6 ATV days;
