What are you going to do?
As an Ocean Export Agent you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate handling of cargo and information within the Ocean Export department, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. This role requires managing the entire export process, from data entry to monitoring shipments and maintaining communication with customers and suppliers. It is essential to comply with all internal and external regulations, while striving to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other computer related skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of oceanic documentation processes is a plus.
- Certification for hazardous substances is an advantage.
