What are you going to do?
For a leading logistics service provider, we are looking for an Ocean Gateway Agent – LCL Import Services. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe consolidation, deconsolidation and movement of LCL import shipments via ocean freight. You will monitor the progress of import files, check the ETA of vessels, arrange transport and coordinate with customs departments for the necessary documentation. In addition, you will ensure timely and accurate processing of invoicing, track shipments and maintain contact with shipping companies, carriers and internal stakeholders. You will contribute to process optimization and compliance and play a key role in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus;
- At least 1 year of experience as a freight forwarder;
- Knowledge of incoterms;
- Experience with logistics documentation and process optimization;
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills;
- Accurate in processing data and invoices;
- Experience with Track & Trace of import shipments is a plus;
- Attention to detail and adherence to compliance and government regulations.

- Full-time position (38.75 hours per week);

- Salary between €2800 and €2900 per month;
