Team Leader Materials Processing in Alphen aan den Rijn
What are you going to do?
In this role, you will be on the work floor every day. You will manage the team of 13 FTE in a hands-on manner. Together with your team, you will ensure that the Production department has the right materials on time and that the processing of the assembled pumps runs smoothly and without errors.
You are also responsible for leading and motivating the logistics team. This includes assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing coaching and development to team members. In addition, you are responsible for planning and coordinating both inbound and outbound logistics activities. You ensure that inventory management and warehouse management are accurate and efficient. In order to optimally coordinate logistics processes and promote operational efficiency, you work closely with other departments, such as purchasing, production and assembly. Finally, you play an important role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the organization.

Requirements
- • You have several years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain
- • You have experience in planning work for multiple teams
- • You have knowledge of logistics processes and think in terms of improvements
- • You can handle PC and Windows applications
What we offer

- The salary for this position is between €2,500 and €3,500 gross per month;
