Fulfilment Lead in Amstelveen
What are you going to do?
As Fulfilment Lead you are responsible for the daily management of the fulfilment team in Amstelveen. You ensure efficient order processing, from receiving orders to shipping to customers. You oversee inventory management, monitor the quality and speed of deliveries, and collaborate with logistics partners to maximise customer satisfaction. You analyse operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency. In addition, you play a crucial role in collaboration with other departments such as purchasing, customer service and IT.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in (fulfilment) operations;
- Demonstrable leadership skills;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Strong communication skills;
- Flexible working hours;
- Proactive attitude;
- Digital skills and experience with IT systems.
