What are you going to do?
A leading floral and gift company is seeking a Fulfilment Manager for their Amstelveen warehouse. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proactive attitude and an eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the fulfilment team, optimising processes and ensuring efficient and timely order processing. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring careful and punctual order fulfilment.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in (fulfilment) operations
- Proven leadership skills (leading a team/shift)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide structure with an eye for detail
- Ability to perform under pressure and talent for organizing
- Proactive attitude
- Digitally skilled with strong IT skills
