What are you going to do?
As Assistant Team Leader in the dry mechanical department in Bleiswijk, you are daily involved in supporting colleagues, solving malfunctions and supervising the work process. Together with the team leader, you manage a team of 20 to 30 employees and ensure a flexible schedule. The work requires flexibility in shifts from Monday to Saturday, with an average of 37 hours per week.
