What are you going to do?

For our client with a European distribution center in Bleiswijk we are looking for a Supervisor Order Management. This role is crucial for leading the Order Management team that is responsible for the administrative support of the outgoing order flow within the EMEA region. As a supervisor you ensure that all orders are delivered accurately and on time, taking into account special customer requests and export documentation. The supervisor also plays an important role in the communication between the Customer Care, Transport and commercial organization departments. The starting date for this position is immediately.

The team works with various ERP systems to manage the complex processes around inventory management and order administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum MBO level 4 or HBO (administrative and/or logistical background);
  • At least 2 years of experience as a manager in an administrative environment;
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written; (basic knowledge of Dutch is an advantage);
  • Experience with SAP / Oracle / Oracle Database (E1) is a plus;
  • Skill in process improvement (LEAN, HPWT, Kaizen, PPI).
