CNC Operator in Alphen aan den Rijn
What are you going to do?
As a CNC operator, you will develop yourself through an internal training program, so that you will learn all the processes within a specific discipline in the Production Parts department in detail. You will learn to operate, set up and maintain the machines, and you will ensure the quality of the manufactured parts. In addition, you will support the production employees in their work and use your practical knowledge to optimize processes and activities.
In the Production Parts department, all pump parts are made of stainless steel. Sheet and rod material are processed into, among other things, impellers, pump jackets and tie rods. Existing parts are also processed to give them the right shape. Almost all processing of the materials is carried out by advanced machines. You set up machines and operate them based on drawings. In addition, you check whether the machines are set up correctly and you perform random checks on the produced parts. If you have experience as a CNC operator, lathe, miller, clamper, etc., you can get started in this position!
About the employer
Our client is in the water pump business. Every detail of these pumps is designed and made in their own factory. Good quality of the pumps therefore starts with the production of the components.
Every day we make and process many components such as fans, tie rods, pump jackets and headers with advanced machines and sophisticated processes. Each component has its own process. For the Production department they are looking for an Operator who wants to develop to master and improve our largely automated processes in production, to guarantee the quality of the components and to support colleagues in their work. Requirements
- The most important thing for this position is that you learn and understand technical processes quickly;
- You work and think at MBO level or higher;
- Good command of the Dutch language;
- You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, work accurately and have an eye for quality;
- It is no problem for you to work in a two-shift system (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 2:50 PM - 11:50 PM).

- The salary for this position is between €2,500 and €3,500 gross per month;
