What are you going to do?
As a distribution center team leader, you are the point of contact for a group of approximately 30 to 35 operators who work with advanced systems in a fully automated logistics environment. You ensure that the daily flow of goods - from dry groceries to fresh products - runs smoothly and according to plan. Thanks to your involvement on the work floor, you keep an eye on progress, make adjustments where necessary and motivate your team to get the best out of themselves. During certain shifts, you are responsible as lead for the entire distribution center and you manage more than 100 colleagues at the same time. You work in a 4-shift system, which means that you work in morning, evening and night shifts, also during the weekend. This role requires decisive leadership and the ability to continuously improve together with colleagues.

Requirements
- HBO work and thinking level, preferably in logistics or technology
- Experience as a manager in a logistics or automated setting
- Familiarity with HACCP, safety regulations, quality policy and lean methodologies
- Good command of both Dutch and English
- Available to work a 4-shift schedule, including nights and weekends
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €3,564 and €4,536
- Structural shift allowance of an average of 14% extra
- Salary payment every 4 weeks — so you receive 13 payments per year
- 37 hour workweek, paid for 40 hours
- 24 days of vacation based on a full-time employment contract
- Holiday pay of 8% and reimbursement of your travel expenses
- Bonus for complete sick leave up to 120% of your weekly salary
