What are you going to do?
As an assembly worker, you are an important link in the production process. You are responsible for the production of various conveyor belts. These conveyor belts are used in many different places. This includes warehouses, production halls and many in the food sector. As a production worker, you will have the following tasks:
- Assembling plastic modules on conveyor belts according to customer orders
- Follow all safety procedures and policies
- Meet minimum productivity requirements for the job
- Perform household tasks where necessary
- Work overtime and weekends if necessary
- Follow the assembly department attendance policy
- Demonstrate teamwork and self-management

At the moment the client is located in Hoofddorp, they have very recently moved to a new warehouse. If you come from Amsterdam, Haarlem, Uithoorn or Leiden, the company is certainly easily accessible by both car and public transport.
Requirements
As an assembly worker you are expected to have the following qualities:
- Good reading, speaking and communication skills in English
- Previous work experience in a production environment
- Dare to take initiative
- Good hand/eye coordination and detail oriented
- Good mathematical and communication skills
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to work 7:30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday and some overtime
- Living within a reasonable distance from Hoofddorp
