A leading company in the technical sector is looking for a Technical Support Specialist. For this position, it is essential that you are fluent in both English and French. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Performing technical evaluations of transport systems through detailed calculations, analyses, and design reviews of conveyor belts
- Providing industry-specific product recommendations
- Troubleshooting remotely
- Participating in the development and maintenance of tools and documentation
- Collaborating and aligning with Application Engineers, Account Managers, and others to ensure service offerings and recommendations are consistent – one voice

Vereisten
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Professional proficiency in French with advanced communication skills in English
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks) and Microsoft Suite
- Experience with material handling, transport systems, or technical customer support (both remote and on-site) is highly desired
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Service-oriented attitude; self-motivated with a sense of ownership

- A direct contract with the employer
- Starting salary between €3500 and €4500 per month
- 25 paid vacation days per year
- 6 ATV (additional days off) days
