The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, expanding the customer base, and strengthening relationships with key distributors across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of life science consumables and the ability to identify emerging market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, requiring close interaction with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The Sales Director will also be tasked with analyzing market data, providing sales forecasts, and leading sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Vereisten

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in life sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology, genetics) or a related business field.
  • A proven track record in sales leadership, managing distributor networks, and driving business growth.
  • Experience in selling life science-related products within Europe.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with distributors and key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (German or French is a plus).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and internationally.
